We are a grassroots organization of residents in the Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend area. MOT is a diverse community in Southern New Castle County (SNCC).

RESPONSIBLE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT in the MOT area.
OUR STRATEGY
Organize residents of MOT across a diversity of locations and demographics to work with New Castle County Land Use so that County plans are consistent with the majority of residents input.
